Business account terms

These terms apply when a company or organisation ("the business") opens a Simvaya business account to buy eSIMs and numbers for its team. They add to our Terms of service. The person who opens the account confirms they are allowed to agree to these terms for the business.

The account

• The business can invite team members, put them in teams, and set who can buy. Admins of the business account can see every eSIM, number, invoice and spend on it.
• The business is responsible for its team's use of the service and for keeping access up to date when people leave.
• We may verify the business (for example its CAC registration and a director's ID) before some features, such as numbers or invoiced billing, are available. See our Identity verification policy.

Paying

• Purchases can be paid from the business wallet, by card, or by bank transfer, as shown at checkout.
• We issue invoices in the dashboard for each billing period. Invoices are due on the date shown on them. If an invoice is unpaid, we may pause new purchases until it is paid.
• Prices are those shown at the time of each purchase. Custom pricing applies only if agreed in writing.

Team members' data

The business decides which team members to invite and what they buy, and is the controller of its team members' work data on the account; Simvaya processes it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. The business should tell its team members that their eSIM usage is visible to business admins.

Ending the account

The business can close its account at any time. eSIMs already bought keep working until they expire. Any unspent business wallet balance is refunded as set out in the Refund policy, after outstanding invoices are paid.

Liability

Our liability to the business for any claim is limited to the amount it paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.
