Which countries does the Asia eSIM cover?
All 30 countries listed on this page. Each plan card also shows how many countries that plan covers, since coverage can differ slightly between plans.
Do I need a new eSIM in each country?
No. You install one eSIM before you leave. When you cross a border it connects to a partner network in the next covered country, as long as data roaming is on for that line.
Is the data shared across countries?
Yes. A plan's data and validity are one allowance you use across every covered country, not a separate allowance per country.
Is a multi-country plan cheaper than a plan per country?
It depends on the route. A single regional or global plan saves switching eSIMs, but for one or two countries a local plan is often cheaper. The trip planner compares both for your stops.
When does validity start?
When the eSIM first connects in a covered country, not when you buy it. Install it at home on Wi-Fi so it's ready when you land.
Does it include a phone number?
No. Plans are data-only. Use WhatsApp, FaceTime or your home SIM for calls and texts.
