Fair usage policy

Last updated 13 October 2026

Effective date: [October 10 2026]

Our eSIM plans are for personal and business use by travellers. This policy keeps the networks fast for everyone. It is part of our Terms of service.

Plans with a set amount of data

Use them however you like within the data and days included. When the data runs out, you can add a top-up.

Plans described as unlimited

"Unlimited" plans are for normal personal use: browsing, maps, messaging, social media, music and video calls. After a set amount of high-speed data each day (shown on the plan), the network may slow your speed until the next day. They are not for:

  • using the eSIM as a permanent home or office broadband connection,
  • running servers, mining, or constant large downloads,
  • sharing with many devices at once, for example as a router for a group or a business.

Hotspot and tethering

Sharing your data with your own laptop or tablet is fine on plans that allow it. Some networks block hotspot use; the plan page says so where we know.

What we may do

If use is far beyond normal personal use and affects the network, the provider may slow or pause the eSIM. We will contact you first where we can. Repeated misuse can lead to the eSIM being cancelled under our Acceptable use policy.
